Terms of Service

Rescheduling:  Advance notice is required for rescheduling appointments. If you need to reschedule your confirmed appointment, we require a minimum of a 24 hr. notice.

Cancelling:  There is a cancellation fee of $100.00 should you cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours of your appointment.

Missed & Late Appointments:  Missed appointments will result in the loss of the deposit fee. We cannot issue a refund. If you are late for your appointment, your reading will end at the original scheduled time so that the client after you will receive their reading on time.

Carol Ann Moore will connect with the world of Spirit and will also gain insight using psychic awareness. The readings that Carol Ann provides are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information that is given to you, including any actions you take, is up to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons please be advised that the readings are for entertainment purposes only. Carol Ann's  services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

Carol Ann Moore reserves the right to terminate a reading during the course of the appointment for any reason. In the event of said termination, an appropriate refund will be given. In any reading that involves possibilities and/or probabilities, it should be understood that not all information will be known to the client at the time of reading. Possibilities and probabilities come directly from spirit, known at the present time. Given the information during the reading, the actions taken on the part of the client will directly affect the outcome. Your processed payment serves as proof that you accept these terms.
